Number of attendees. Maximum attendees depends on table configuration (there are 6 smaller movable tables). As a conference room table configuration, approximately 14 conference chairs can easily fit around the table. In addition, there are 16 extra conference chairs and 12 stacking chairs which can be used for additional seating around the room. Table configuration is easily changed because they are on rollers, however, the tables must be returned to the original conference room table configuration before leaving.
Audiovisuals. This room contains a ceiling-mounted data projector, screen, remote, laptop connector cable, white board with markers and eraser, and a podium. Any other audiovisual equipment required is the responsibility of the user to bring in and remove. There is no audiovisual technician for this building.
Food and beverages. Food and beverages are allowed in the room. Users are responsible for cleaning up.
